Works well. Takes up much less space than having cans or bottles of soda. I use it almost daily. Found that it works best to measure 1 liter of water, then pour it into the soda maker with the measuring tube removed. Otherwise it won't take a full liter of water. Then place the tube and top with the dispensing straw attached. Also found that tuning the charger cap slowly to gently add the co2 to the water works better than turning it quickly.

I had no problem at first with this, loved the price compared to the Iso (which this is a copy of). But after a few cycles, it started blowing the pickup tube out of the end piece! I kept putting it back in (it was not all the way in, I thought). But kept happening. So I glued it in with Gorilla glue, worked a couple of times, then today it blew out again, grrrrr! I finally realized that the tube was about 3/8" short of reading the bottom. Thought of several solutions, then I had the thought to try a drip system coupling. BINGO, end of problem. I did have to cut the tube in 2 to use the coupling, but diagonal side cutters did the job. OK, so I'm back in love, ha ha.

My oatmeal, rice and other dry grain foods actually arrive with bug eggs or larvae in them. After storing them in airtight glass containers, they are full of bugs that hatch out in there. I got this soda maker and add a straw to the nozzle so I can inject CO2 gas into the container. I don't use water or make soda with it. You can screw the cartridge in, releasing the CO2, then use the dispensing valve when you want to blow the gas into your food container. The eggs and larvae die before emerging as bugs to eat your food and become much bigger in there.

After less than a month this started leaking from the point of contact with the cartridge into a full spray. Please be very careful with this item and watch for any dripping. It can make quite a mess.

Making great sparkling water. We have our good local water from Springs and I make sparkling water with lime now! Love it â¤ï¸â¤ï¸â¤ï¸

The item was fine, but packaging was wasteful

I have to say, I didn’t think this thing would do what I wanted. I had bought a unique brand of soda in plastic bottles. Since I like it a lot but don’t drink it often, it lost its fizz. I was amazed when it was brought back to life with this bottle and a CO2 cartridge! Well worth the purchase! I highly recommend this product!

My wife actually bought this as a gift for me because I enjoy seltzer water. I really enjoy the first glass after opening a store bought bottle but the carbonation diminishes with each glass. This bottle was a perfect solution. You will get that newly opened bottle fizz until the last drop. If you are going to charge the bottle and use within the day this was great. However, storing until the next day will impart an Aluminum taste to the water. Which made me wonder how much leaching of aluminum is there within the first few hours after making the soda water. Searched for stainless steel because all my water bottles are SS and never alter the taste however, even though bottles were advertised as SS further research reveals many were in fact aluminum. My wife returned the bottle and bought the old fashioned chain mail soda water dispenser, I figured even though it was a plastic bottle all the store bought seltzer is in plastic and my water quality is known and will only spend 3 days in the dispenser before it gets used.
