Lasted me 8 months! I ordered my second pair of these ankle straps bc Iike them and mine wore out almost completely... can use them with or without shoes depending on how I adjust them. If these wear out I'll get a brand I think might be more durable :] I use them for abducts & Kickbacks up to 50lbs lately... wanting to go heavier & hopefully they'll last several months! I like the strap across the bottom of the foot for Kickbacks, and it keeps the cuff lower around the ankle for abducts. Recommend and the pink color stayed vibrant as well
