The devil is in the details, and I really like the details on these. Yeah, they're just carb studs but stupid things excite me.My favorite part is the hexagon pilot point, that allows these to be installed with a socket rather than double-nutting. It just works better. That hex will prevent overtightening the stud in the intake for gorilla types. The unthreaded area works as a positive stop when the threads are fully engaged, and the fine-thread nut end is both stronger and more smoothly torqued than coarse-thread studs. The nuts and washers are very good quality, and their gold irridite finish against the black-oxide stud just plain looks good.Bigger names can charge almost twice as much for studs that aren't this good. Don't be fooled by a name.

These are really easy to use especially with the hex shape on the top of the stud. These are the perfect length when not using a spacer.

Exactly what I needed. I ordered bolts specifically manufactured for a '68 Camaro from a Camaro specialty site and the bolts were two short (too much stud thread, not enough thread for carb plate). Everybody wants to sell for a Holly. These fit well for an original Rochester 2-Jet. Only problem I had was even though I thought I had every socket known to man, no 7/32 on hand. Still had to install with "two nut method".
