I mean it’s a weld on mass air flow sensor boss. Most people ordering know how to weld it on. It welds pretty good and is better then other stuff I have used. Make sure you pay attention to orientation so your MAF is installed the correct way. Almost welded this on wrong before double checking.

Light weight but high quality just be careful putting in it is mad to go one way there is not a arrow on it so make sure to put your sensor in it use it for flow direction mark it then weld it on. Yes I did it backward but tapped new holes still worked out great I’m using it for a blow through style.

Nothing wrong with it from a functionality standpoint, but the finish leaves something to be desired. No de-burring was done, and it has rough edges all over. This may or may not be an issue for some, but it could easily have been addressed with a round in the tumbler/polisher which most parts of this nature get.

As others have said, this is a bit rough, and some tumbling at the factory would do this wonders. I cleaned mine up with a flapper wheel and had no trouble with it.Pro tip: Make sure you have a MAF so you can orient it in the correct direction, as it’s not symmetrical. The MAF will have an arrow showing flow direction.

Exactly what I wanted. Used these for the MAF sensors on my G37 cold air intakes I made. Perfect fit on a 3" OD tube. Good quality material to weld. I tig welded these onto 6061 aluminum tubing and the weld quality is great. Thanks again.

Used this for my custom intake project. Fits perfectly. Surface finish was all scratched but it was not a big deal to me.

Did not come with bolts. Had many sharp edges. Could have been finished a bit better. Welded in well however.
