I have been having great success with these, I had never heard of Speed Tiger, but the price made me try their chamfer tool, I now have two sizes of that cutter and they are better than any chamfer tool I have ever owned!I use this cutter to cut everything from plastic to stainless!

These bits work great on aluminum but do not work on steel. I cut a lot of recievers and bought a few of these. A friend needed some milling work on a piece of steel that really just needed cleaned up burs. Well it ruined the bit. The steel in the slot was stronger then the bit steel. But they work great on aluminum.

I’ve bought several items from this manufacturer, with good success. During a 1†deep operation, in aluminum, on fine feed, just exploded in 3 pieces, also ruined my part with 40 hours machining. Very disappointed. First time I’ve ever left a comment

Used to make a plunge cut on a round, mild steel bar. Worked great! No signs of wear on the bit whatsoever. Will update if there are any problems in the future.

Very dull tool and burns and rough cuts wood.Be prepared to do alot of sanding after cutting.

This carbide end mill does a great job milling steel, even hardened steel. Pay attention to proper feeds and speeds, add coolant, and you have a recipe for removing metal in a hurry. Quality of the machined surface is also excellent. At theses prices, these end mills are a bargain.

I was using this on 3/8 thick 6061 aluminum initially. Ran it at a 1/4 depth and completed my parts with a decent finish. Since that went well I attempted to use it on some 304 stainless. I was at a depth of .170 with constant coolant and a slower then usual speed. After 20ish minutes of run time on the stainless the bit was dull. It didn't break but as a old machinist I could hear it had enough. Its a decent bit but durability on stainless is questionable.
