I bought size 22 for my 10 year old son (tall and thin). The size chart showed him as being a size 20, but 22 was on sale and it was his first racing suit so figured if it was a bit big it would be fine.When I pulled it out of the box it looked like something suited for a doll! I laughed and laughed and then showed a bunch of other swim parents and they laughed too. Before wearing it I stretched the bottoms of the legs out a bit by leaving it over a thick jar overnight.It’s def tight to get in but that’s kind of the point.If you can get this for $50 or less then I think it’s a great deal on an entry race suit. If your son is more round this might not work well unless you really size up.He’s worn it for several meets now and it’s holding up well (except for the Speedo logo which is peeling).Reordered when I found it for $31 recently.

I have purchased this item thinking that it would be for men (like the description is saying). It was a gamble since the size was not provided in the description either. How surprise I was when I have received the item and that I could fit a 5 year old! The swimsuit was literaly as long as my forearm and as wide as my hand. Don't know many men of that size. Although the quality looks good.
