Been using this for almost a year. It does the job perfectly on my Veloster Turbo. I'm amazed by how much oil it collect every month. Two drawbacks though are the hose (Very cheap and no one should use it) and the clams are so bad too.

This is a great value for the low cast. Mounting will be determined on your vehicle. I made a custom mount (Stainless steel from HD) for my Jeep GC 5.7 on the side of the fuse box and mounted on the passenger side wheel well of my wife's Dodge Challenger 5.7. Both collect unwanted oil from the crankcase that would lead into the intake manifold. I utilized the closed system for both and took the extra mini air filter and attached it to the oil intake that was previously hooked to the air intake. Zip tied the hose to the back of the engine bay.

As long as you have some common sense this is very easy to install. Used on my 2019 eco diesel no engine codes. Over 2500 miles already and def filtered oil. Make sure you check it every 1000 miles. I found mine needs to be drained at 2500 but everyoneΓ’β¬β’s vehicle is different

The product is nicely built but the shipping is terrible. Arrived in an open/unsealed box and all the connecting hardware is missing. I got the can, hose, breather filter and that is it. None of the hosing connectors. Missing the hosing clamps as well. I will be returning and buying elsewhere.

Upon unwrapping the catch can, I first pulled the dipstick and there was paint rubbed off. I unscrewed the bottom of the can and it was hard the get off, the bottom of the can was missing paint. The metal baffel was scratched and when I went to put it back together it was hard to go on. I relised the bracket that holds the can is bent into the outside of the can making it difficult to put on and take off. If you loosen the bolts it goes on easy. Over all, if you are going to take the time to paint it and make it look nice, keep it nice. I will need to shim the bracket to keep it from hitting the outside of the can.

Hyundai Tucson 2016, It took me time to mount it to my liking, use the existing PCV line and supplied upgraded line to run back to the PCV. Now, my Tucson has no issues so the collection was a few drops at best and clean. Many video's show improper routing, some cans come with poor quality lines but this upgrade can came with quality hose, a decent baffle that seems to work and a built in outgoing filter bronze in color that seems to do the job. I think long term this may help over time but as for fixing oil consumption this is designed to send filtered PCV oily vapor, separate it and give the intake cleaner eco friendly crank case vapor and it does that well. Final words, It does what it is meant to do and I would suggest paying the little extra for the upgrade filter, baffle and hose. Best of luck.

Definitely purchase this for your direct injected engine. Shops will tell you don't need one for engine even IF it is not turbo charged like my 2.5i Subaru Boxer engine but look at how much stuff it collects. To think this unburnt gas and oil keeps going back into the engine...You will need to buy new hoses and clamps if you want the best results. I just trust it better. Watch out for the small retaining clip that holds the baffle plate as it can get loose. Always clean the unit with brake parts cleaner after every drain during your regular oil change intervals. I did not use the breather vent.

Good quality. Instructions say to remove the can in winter months - thats exactly when I'm having the biggest issue with oil in my intake air.Decided to take out the 50micron filter, as i've heard it adds too much resistance and increases crankcase pressure and increases likelihood of oil leaks.Sometimes you can't win lol.Still, have it installed and hopefully it'll catch some. Will update after a few months.gen 3 prius

I have received my package without original box, it is just the shipping box and inside it some bags!! Also, missing three accessories parts, and the can and screws have some scratches!! I think itΓ’β¬β’s already used!!This is a shame.
