This was the replacement for the one I burned out my SCX 24 RC car. It is the original manufacture part for my model of RC car. The instructions were very clear on how to install it and it went in without much effort at all. The binding to the remote was very easy and it only took one try for it to bind. As far as I’m concerned, this is the best replacement part because it has the ESC and receiver built in as one. If you ever burn the SE out, it is very important to make sure and get the dual ESC/receiver. Otherwise you will be left with just having an ESC and no receiver

Would get a better rating, but the polarity isn’t marked on the esc for any inputs. So I just took a guess on which way to connect my battery (what made sense to me) and of course I got it backwards and it started smoking as soon as I turned it on. So I never got to even try it out. But looks put together well other than that.
