This reminds me of the Swedish chimes I had as a child, except this has no chimes. Still, I like seeing the angels spin. The glass candle holder was actually red, which I like.

Once assembled, it is very pretty. The angels rotate well and frequently catch the light to give off a sparkle effect. I bought this as a gift for a friend and knew it would be small since it uses a tea light. But I was a little disappointed how delicate the angles and the fan blades are. The metal is really thin (not much heavier than "heavy duty" aluminum foil) so it is difficult to attach the hooks on the angles onto the fan without bending them one or both of them. Also, the fan simply balances on the metal pole. A moderate bump can cause it to fall off and,Very when it falls, the angels detach from the blades At the same time, I purchased the one with snowflakes for another friend but I returned it after seeing how easily the parts bent on this one. The snowflakes had many more cuts so I felt they would be even more easily damaged than the angels on this one.

It works! Sometimes these spinners don't actually spin with a candle. This one I small and doesn't take up a lot of space, but it spins so well. I even bought more as a gift for family. Highly recommend if you are looking for a Christmas spinner that doesn't take up a ton of room or cost a lot of money.

Love this piece! Use a glass votive instead of tea light and it will last a lot longer. Tea light burns too fast. Spins fast or slow depending if you bend the blades..
