Great spoon! Had two blue spoons out on planers... repeated double headers on kingfish, bonita, and blackfin tuna off Fort Lauderdale beach!! Great day of fishing.Be sure you tighten the screw that keeps the hook in place before heading out. A bit of thread lock won't hurt either. Seller (Bimini Lures) is great too! Have been responsive to any questions I've had with rigging etc.

I tried it this past weekend on the surface (trolling) and caught two Dolphin, 2 bonito and several barracuda. (The male dolphin and the king fish I caught with a planer and rigged ballyhoos)

The product itself is the quality expected. However, the item description is not accurate. It is a 4 1/2 spoon, but its hook size is NOT a 10/0. It is likely a 6/0 or 7/0. See image for size comparison to a 9/0. Both items are sealed in manufacture/seller packaging.Read item description carefully and contact seller before ordering to confirm size. This was purchased for fishing charter business and while it will function, is not what was presented. Will go through local vendors next purchase.Seller please update your descriptions or use standard hook sizing in description.

i love these spoons and have caught tons of spanish and kings with them, but be aware to check the nut on the spoon, i had one come apart after only a few trolls. other than that these are awesome.

The screw that holds the hook is not stainless steel....other wise ok
