If you have a portable airless sprayer,this is a must. You can spray side to side for better application, than without. The hose doesn't turn well without this. Highly recommended.

Female threads appear to be out of spec. I don’t have a thread gauge to know for sure, but my Graco sprayer parts screw together nicely. This part started binding up after about one thread of engagement. I wanted to use this before starting my project so I tried to force it. Using moderate force I got another turn or two but not enough to seat the fitting. Fortunately there was minimal damage to my part. My parts still screw together nicely. The male threads of this part mated to my part just fine.

Thought it would eliminate the longer more rigid main hose from getting so tangled on Graco painter. Didn't help much tho it did function ok.

I ordered this as a solution to my paint hose and gun getting looped and twisted up and I change positions in my room. I paint alone so I have to move scaffold and supplies around as I paint. This swivel allows me very quickly to spin my gun and keep painting if it’s out of position. Seems like a decent quality product.
