I normally use a 9" spring form pan for a recipe I have. I was looking to see if there was a next size up. Love that I found what I was looking good for and was able to accommodate for size of pan for the recipe.

For the cost, this pan is pretty good. The latch you can tell is pretty flimsy and will not last very long. So if you do a lot of baking I wouldn't recommend. However, if you only need it for every once in awhile and don't want to spend a lot of money. This is the one for you.

I’ve used several spring form pans but needed a larger one for Christmas Eve dinner, having used this one for a simple cheesecake let me thank the creators for ruining my planned dinner, my time, and the ingredients. The pan despite being “sealed†layered with parchment got the contents completely soaked ruining the cheesecake after testing the pan you can see in the picture provided it is pouring water.
