Worked well on mid-to-small filters. Thinning metal on cans had trusty filter wrench deforming and tearing. No instructions, but should be able to figure out if ‘mechanical’ and play with.

My oil filter is in a very tight area and requires a wrench for installation and removal. This device fit perfectly onto the 2.75" filter. I was able to tighten the filter to the specified torque using a simple torque wrench.

this product works. I have tried several oil filter remover and installer and I ended up using my hand and praying through the process. thank God for this intelligent and high quality product. buy it and you will enjoy changing the oil yourself.

This is an interesting tool it works for modern filters. Just a heads up don't get frustrated with it kind of work with it and follow its instructions on how to switch it from right to left. It can get frustrated.

Works great, only reason I gave it four stars is the size. It’s great for most all the motors except the one I bought it for. The motor has headers on it, so it’s tight room around the oil filter. This works great for most of the cars but it’s hard to get between the headers and the motor. I would recommend it for the most motors.

I can't get this to take a 3" filter - a lot smaller than I had assumed from the description
