Not worth it. Bought it for my 10 year old sons bday. The ear piece is too big and too hard to stay in his ear. The part tay holds onto the back of the ear isnt adjustable which makes it unnecessary. Does not work as it should. Could only hear the person speaking while in close proximity.

Fun Fun Fun!! I love this super spy ear! I live out in the middle of NOWHERE and I have bad hearing. Maybe it's not for medical reasons, but it sure does stop the constant ringing in my ears. Now I can go outside and hear the birds singing, trees blowing in the wind, airplanes and cars from miles away, etc.

given this is a toy, it's worth the low price considering: it magnifies sound in a limited range, and has a background hiss; the performance will lose its cool factor beyond age 8; the ear loop is too large for children

I gave these to my boys last night ages 8 & 10, they don't work as advertised and for a child's ear the piece is to big. The boys were disappointed as they had seen these on sale at the children's museum and were disappointed that they couldn't hear through the piece. I would have kept them if the kids wanted to play pretend with them anyway but feel they are over prices for just a "play toy".

As we expected based on reviews, this thing is pretty terrible. It makes a high pitched sound whenever on, so pretty unpleasant to wear. My son wanted this so bad and was disappointed.

This was a gag gift for my son, and was a huge hit on Christmas day. He put it on immediately, (he's in his 20's) and got an earful of little girl squeals as others opened their presents, which had us all laughing, as the ear worked, and he had some high volume noises he couldn't tolerate. Would buy again.

This item was purchased for my 8 year old son and he played with it once. He wanted me to return it and get a refund but unfortunately I did not have time to return this item.
