I use this on a Grizzly G0768z and it's great. Helps me true up material quick and easy. The tool is more accurate than 90% of the projects I work on need but I'm glad I'll have it for that 1% when the moment comes. It will be especially great as I add more lathes to the shop with the same quick change tool post setup.

I really like this addition to my lathe tool box, it is a very well made and nice looking tool. It makes setting up my Set True Chuck a lot easier and more accurate. I do have a small bitch and that is that when it arrived the gauge was loose and has a very small set screw that holds it in place. Unfortunately they did not think to include a 3 cent Allen wrench to enable the owner to tighten it. If it had come pretightened it would not have been an issue, but it was smaller than any of me Allen wrenches which meant I had to drive 20 miles to buy one so I could tighten the gauge ! What a shame they did not think to add this with the tool? Had they included one they would have got 5 stars all around for this item. I make some of my products that need set screws and those items always come with the correct tool to tighten them, it is not a big cost but not including one does make a difference to the buyer!

Bought it to check run-out on a lathe chuck and with it was able to trace the problem back to the drive quill while it was still under warranty!
