Conical tip 0.2mm
This tip features a very fine tip end makes it easy to solder a tiny chip.such as 0603 and soldering at narrow pitches with many compoments around,it is not able to transfer a lot heat,thus it is not suited to solder large components or connectors.
Round Tip 0.8mm
This tip features a all round tip end which can be used from any direction and it is available for any works,such as drag soldering,point soldering,desoldering chips, a good choice for both beginners and experienced,perfect for soldering small components such as 0402 and 0201.

The tip holder holes aren’t wide enough for the tips, needed to drill it with a 1/4†bit. Otherwise decent set. The tips themselves seem passable which is more than I can say for the weller brand tips I bought at triple the price that have already melted from use

The quality is very good! Also, nice to have these various tips for different soldering encounters. That holder/stand thats included is also pretty nice.

These tips are well made and fit correctly. They also cover most hand soldering you will need to perform from a hobbiest standpoint. The included carrier is a nice place to store your tips when not in use.
