These silicone pizza dough proofing boxes were recommended on a pizza recipe site.They work perfectly and so easy to work with and clean.I started making a full dough recipe that you can cut into 4 smaller doughs. Each of these make 4 smaller pizzas.These containers are perfect for the storing and proofing phase.I can ball up the portions and put them in the boxes. They fit perfectly and they are wider and stackable. They fit perfectly in a salad crisper drawer, a shelf or door shelf in a refrigerator. The width allows the dough to expand outward and not just upward like a lot of containers to help keep its shape.The silicone makes the dough fall out easy with little cleanup when you are ready to form the dough and prep it to cook it.The lids help keep the dough from drying out while it rises prior to cooking it.They also allow you to perfectly store it in a freezer air tight for dough that you'd like to use in the future.I have used these many times a week since I purchased them. I have nothing but good things to say about these and they have held up well. Definitely worth the price for the convenience.

These stackable silicone pans are perfect for my homemade pizza! The size is just right, and the silicone makes it easy to remove the pizza without any sticking. I have their other products for freezing and storing food and liked them enough to get these too. I found that the other trays are also perfect for freezing large ice blocks to cool hard boiled eggs with.These products are a little pricey but if you take good care of them they should last a long time. Sure you can use these to proof pizza dough but for storing dry foods they are also great. Not convinced that I’d trust them not to spill liquids but admit I haven’t tried this and probably won’t. The lids are nice but don’t fit on so tight that I’d trust them for this but the silicone is thick and lovely and the lids are made of a durable plastic. These are quality products and they have strong supports along the top for stability, a common issue with many silicone products. Highly recommend these.

I bought these as an alternative to the larger, tray-style pizza dough proofing box that I had previously purchased from Amazon. They take up less space and so they are easier to fit in the refrigerator or freezer. They are great as a storage container for freezing balls of pizza dough. However, they did not work ideally as a proofing container due to their small size. I used them for 250g balls of dough - the size for 10-inch pizzas. When left overnight, the tops of the dough touched the cover of the containers. Because of the tight fit, the dough collapsed when removed from the containers, requiring another hour-long rising outside of the containers before I could use them. If you use these, they are good for overnight rises, but you need to plan to remove/re-knead the dough for a final rising prior to baking the pizzas. (That's what I will be doing next time.)

These are great if your making small/medium pizza pies. If you making lager pies, your be better off using something else.
