I love that this is super easy to clean, doesn't hold odors, doesn't scratch, stays together well, has high sides, and is big enough for my 11 pound cat. I will forever be using stainless litter boxes from now on. Yes it's a bit more expensive than the traditional boxes, but I think this will last as long as my cat!

I hesitated based on the price, but it is honestly so much better than the regular plastic varieties. I upgraded after my last move since I had no desire to take the old one with me anyway due to the gross out factor.Besides the actual litter box improvement, the scoop it comes with is so much nicer too, and fits perfectly in my Litter Genie. As a germaphobe I still recommend cleaning the box every day, but to be fair, I think non-clean freaks could get away with cleaning it (slightly) less often because the stainless steel does help. At any rate, cleaning it does seem easier somehow. The scoop glides easily through and doesn’t get struck on the bottom of the pan. As much as I usually prefer to change my scoop regularly I think I will try just cleaning this one often and keeping it as long as possible since I like it so much. It’s not really in the disposable category, and I am trying to get better about waste.It fits inside my covered litter box cabinet too while providing a lot more coverage on the top and sides, resulting in less mess. My last one was high walled too, but plastic. That one was okay, but not nearly as nice.I am actually allergic to cats (yes, some of us are crazy enough to have pets in spite of allergies) and somewhat sensitive to smells. I actually don’t notice any odors as far as that’s concerned, and have been told the same by guests, surprisingly. Whether they were just being polite or it was/is due to my obsessive compulsive cleaning standards is up for debate. :) Also yes, I do actually have OCD.My cat seems to like it too as far as I can tell, for what it’s worth.Yes, it’s just a fancy expensive cat litter box and scoop. Your cat will survive either way, I guess.But it’s good if you’re tired of mediocre cat supplies- and smelly hard to disinfect plastic. You’ll thank me later.

My cat loves the cover and the stainless steel doesn’t retain an odor after cleaning! My cat is 12 pounds and lanky- I got the medium and it was just a little small for my cat because she pees A LOT. I would get the large next time. I use Dr.Elsey’s multi cat litter and it clumps very hard so when I used the included scoop it began to bend at the handle. If you don’t have to deal with scraping the bottom of the litter box often it should be fine.

This box fits perfectly in the hideaway cabinet I have. The high sides and open top means my large tabby cat can do her business comfortably. The scoop that came with it is also great and the stainless steel is easy to clean and care for.

The latches that hold the top to the pan break off very easily. Not welded on. Possibly only spot glued on. I'm going to try some JB Weld. I like the stainless steel upgrade... however they are kind of small.

We had been wanting to switch to stainless steel boxes from plastic. We have three cats, so we need multiple boxes. Ordered the largest size box and let me tell you they are tiny! Ultimately these boxes do not fit a full sized adult cat for comfortable restroom use. The website description was inaccurate about sizing and the photo (obviously photoshopped) is quite misleading about the box size.

My cat is about 10lb, and this litter box is almost too small for her. But she fits just right, so it’s definitely for smaller cats. I love that’s it’s stainless steel, it doesn’t leak if your cat pees too high. I accidentally filled the litter too the first time, for the first few times she used it she accidentally peed outside the box. But after I corrected her, it was no longer a problem. My only real complaint is that the litter scooper has cracked apart, I bought a new stainless steel scooper to replace it. But buyer beware this scoop is flimsy and made from very thin metal.

Je recommandeLa litière elle même est super mai comme je dois me racheter une pelle pour nettoyer la litière, ça revient cher !! Elle a pliée en 2 !! J'aurais aimé parlé au vendeur mais amazon prend le relais puisque l'envoi vient de eux !

Plastic get scratches and bacteria grow in the Fissures but it dosent with aluminum it wont happen and it is so nice 😀 and sturdy.
