I am honestly pleasantly surprised at the quality of this potato ricer. I had different one many years ago which I tossed because the handles bent when in use. This one, in contrast, is very sturdy. The handles are comfortable to hold due to the silicone grips. The tab at the opposite side of the handle is invaluable in steadying the ricer on top of the receiving vessel while refilling the hopper. And the three discs give the user options as to the consistency of the finished product. And to add to its user friendliness, it’s dishwasher safe! All in all this is a great tool which I highly recommend!
