I wanted a "soup" spoon - shorter, wider, deeper, lighter than the standard soup spoon you get with most silverware sets.I tried many, but they are often 6-7-8 inches long which are difficult to maneuver. I have a couple Japanese Ramen type spoons - which are shorter, but bulky & curved. Long spoons are awkward for my "heat in the microwave" soup bowls or morning yogurt cups and will often tip out of my container & spill.These are only 5.31" long - perfect to hold using a microwave soup bowl, yogurt, jello cup or range of other needs. They are also 1.4" wide with good depth.If you are looking for a SHORT soup spoon easy to hold & use for many application (also easy to store), at a very affordable price I'd recommend these.Hope this is an option for you.

SMooth sOO soft to the touch these spoons are AWESOME. Unique it its style and although 2 they are the same.. in ONE BAGP I SooOO love it!

I was looking for a tiny ladle-like spoon for sauces and these are perfect. They are attractive, just the right weight for my small sauce bowl and clean easily in the dishwasher. Even my hubby said they are cute. Who knew!

I use these for my 2 toddlers as soup spoons. I've found that the spoons out there for children aren't really adequate for eating soupy stuff. Who would have thought that would be hard to find?? These work well for my purposes, and the fact that I got 2 in the package was perfect. The items were received in perfect condition, all shiny and new. So far, they've held up well in the dishwasher and through multiple abuses. They're easy to grip and they're perfect sizes for little mouths. They're still shiny and solid. Very happy with my purchase, and I would recommend for other parents too.
