We love this automatic feeder!! The assembly and connecting it to wifi/app was SO easy- I hardly needed the manual to do so. It’s so convenient to have, especially if you feed your cat wet/raw food. The bowls are big enough for a decent sized meal & they’re shallow enough to not have to worry about your cat getting whisker fatigue or cat acne! The ice packs keep the food at a perfect temperature, not too cold but chilly enough that the food won’t go bad. I don’t have to worry about making sure I’m home to feed my cat if I’m out or at work- it’s also a huge time saver that I can prep his food once a day and it’s good to go. I 100% recommend purchasing a second set of the ice packs if you plan to use the feeder everyday- it’s just more convenient that way. My cat warmed up to the feeder quickly and now he runs to go eat when he hears it dispensing. We love that there’s an app control as well, I can see from my phone that the feeder successfully dispensed and can set/alter the times whenever! We haven’t had a single instance in the weeks we’ve been using where it didn’t dispense or food went bad, therefore it’s a 10/10 for us. It’s also not loud at all when dispensing like some other feeders are, but just loud enough for the kitty to hear it! Most times I don’t even hear it even when in the next room over. This one particularly needs to be plugged in all the time for the app to work (which I don’t mind, but I suppose it’s important to note). The only “downside†I would say is that the bowls are plastic vs stainless steel, but if you properly clean the bowls after each feeding there shouldn’t be any concern for bacteria anyway!! It’s very easy to clean as well- by hand or in the dishwasher!My cat also no longer wakes me up at 5am for food!! That’s one of my favorite things about it. He can get 6 small meals a day that way he never wakes us up or bugs us for food! He loves it and we love it! A lot of cats do better with frequent small meals versus a few big meals, and I’ve noticed a very positive change in his energy, behavior, and appetite since using this feeder to give him those small meals every few hours! 🥰

I have the plastic one and the stainless steel one. Both are excellent at the task and easy to use. My stainless steel one isn’t perfect as the top always appear to be stuck, but with a little giggle it comes off.The plastic one the top comes off effortlessly.I wanted the stainless steel one as it’s better for the long haul with cleaning and bacteria.The plastic one I would give 5 stars.If you look on Wayfair these things cost a lot more, so the rice is right.I usually have purchased $500 pet feeders in the past. I find these two feeder are more reliable than the expensive feeders.

I definitely like this feeder. Took my cat just a couple days to get used to. She likes wet and dry food so I set up to feed dry at will then turn for wet food twice a day at feeding times. Very easy to setup the feeding schedule. I followed others advice and put her wet food in ice cube trays and add a frozen cube before I leave in morning ( for her dinner)then put a cube in at night before going to bed ( for her breakfast). Ice blocks work well but recommend laying flat in freezer so fluid doesn’t pool into a bulge and freeze that way ( tray won’t lay correctly in unit if it’s not flat. During times I am home I often keep top off so cat can feed from whichever cubby she wants!

Don't know what happened to my written review where I talked about the labels being covered up. Both units I bought had to be returned because neither had wifi, neither had the plug adapter, and one was missing the ice packs. Also the one without ice packs looked used. It had dirty scuff marks and scratches on it. I received one of the replacements and it had the plug adapter, hooked right up to the wifi after I plugged it in, and the app works perfectly. The bowl tray turns like it's supposed to at the time I set it to, and right away when I pressed the 'feed' button on the app. Make sure you're connected to your 2.4 gig wifi, not any other. Also make sure you have the unit that actually has the wifi. You'll know. The wifi symbol will light up when you plug it in. If it doesn't, they sent you the wrong one. That's what happened to me. Waiting on the other replacement. I'll update when it arrives and I've actually used it with my cats. One is very aggressive and has no problem pushing his little sister out of the way. I want to make sure they're both introduced to them at the same time.

I bought this last summer and decided to write a review now because I love it so much. I was really surprised to see some of the low reviews. This has been a lifesaver for me because my cats like to wake me up at night to get food. They now let me sleep most of the night because I have 3 feedings scheduled while I’m sleeping. I’m not sure what’s up with the Bluetooth issues people have mentioned. Mine is Wi-Fi and connected to my network. I use the smart life app to control it. The app works good and is easy and user friendly. The feeder has never failed and provides notifications when it dispenses. I do keep it plugged in at all times. I thought it had a rechargeable battery, but it either doesn’t work or I was wrong because when you unplug it, it disconnects from the network. Even if it was a rechargeable battery, I feel more comfortable with it always plugged in. This has been a good purchase for me and I highly recommend it!!

This is a great product. Easily can program 5 meals throughout the day. I only need it for two meals since I’m working 8-9 hour shifts.The only con is that I read this unit was dishwasher safe but I what I failed to realize is that they meant the food tray ONLY! I put the cover in the dishwasher as well because it gets dirty too and it came out super warped! Thankfully it still does latch onto the unit but it is difficult to get on and it does not sit flush anymore. Hopefully my little guy won’t rip it open.I reached out to iPettie to see if they sold a top cover separately and they do not. Only separate food trays. After offering me several discounts on a whole new unit (I declined because getting a whole new unit didn’t make sense to me), they agreed to send me the stainless steel food tray upgrade as compensation.Really grateful they were able to help me out with the stainless steel tray. I prepare only wet food for my cat so it helps tremendously to keep his food fresh throughout the day.10/10 highly recommend ðŸ‘

El producto esta bien construido y se ve su calidad, sin embargo lo regresé sin utilizar, porque pensé que serÃa de utilidad para dispensar comida húmeda a mis gatos mientras salÃa de viaje ; pero al ver que los ice packs solo Duran 6 horas, decidi regresarlo. Solo funciona cuando se tiene un solo gato o perro ya qué el espacio de alimentación es pequeño.

Semplicemente perfetto. Facile e intuitivo da programmare anche a distanza grazie all’app sul telefono, permette di impostare i pasti nel momento che preferite e, se è collegato alla presa di corrente e alla rete Wi-Fi potete anche aprire la casellina istantaneamente attivandola a distanza. Quando eroga il cibo emette un suono e il gatto dopo poco lo associa alla pappa e si precipita a mangiare. Ha anche due set di ghiaccini che permettono di tenere fresco il cibo umido.

I adore my wet auto feeder as I have my old lady on a wet food raw diet, and am a younger women so I like to be able to go out for a night and not have to worry about rushing back home in a mess to feed my girl.The ice packs are great to ensure the food stays good for longer, I also like to pop the tray of food in the freezer for a bit to make ensure it's good.My only downside is the that the openings are pretty deep so I do worry about whisker fatigue and her not getting all her food from the corners.I do appreciate how EASY it is to wipe off the tray and wash it.
