- Scan the QR code to download "Smart Life" APP.
Select the Device（Two Ways）
- Select " Add " Directly to Add Devices.

- Select “ Pet Feeder (Wi-Fi) ” in Small Home Appliances.
Connect to the Network
Select 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network and enter password. （If your Wi-Fi is 5 GHz, please set be 2.4 GHz）
Reset the Device
Press and hold the "+" button for 10 seconds until the blue light indicator blinks. Then complete the next step.

We loved this automatic pet feeder! Our cat is a big food enthusiast and tends to overeat when able. This was a great healthy solution for that! The portion sizes are pretty small, and it’s very easy to schedule different feeding times so we can keep her content throughout the day! We feed her 4 times a day at different times and it works well. It was easy to set up- plug it in, download the app, and everything was simple from there! It’s light but sturdy, making it easy to transport but keeps our cat from knocking it over. It is a wonderful product for a good price! (Attached picture to show our kitty patiently waiting for her next feeding lol)

This has been a game changer! App works great, set schedules to auto feed or feed with app. Holds a good amount of food. I use it for my cats. Great if you’re away during the day or for the night. Reliable, never had it disconnect and I’ve had it for about 5 months.

Dont buy from this brand. The feeder wouldnt connect to alexa, and the smart life app the seller uses doesn't even Show it as a third party contoller for this model. Didn't help, didn't offer any solutions other than to watch the video as though I hadn't done that already, or to switch to a different unit with less features. Unwilling to address facts presented to them, about the issue. Will be returning asap.

Very easy to set up and to use the app. Easy to take apart and clean. I also like that the bowl is stainless steel. Took a little time for my cats to not get startled by the auto feeder but now they know that when they hear the sounds it means more food!

It works beautifully and connects with my wifi, however it does not work with Alexa as advertised which is the primary reason I purchased

UPDATE:The new feeder Papifeed sent arrived, and I am in love! My cats are loving it, too. The set up was easy (literally I thought “wait that’s it?†during set up), and it works seamlessly with Alexa and my Echo devices! Holds a lot of food for the size, and it is quiet too! 100/10 recommend this product AND Papifeed!So my package which had this in it was stolen off of my front step before I had gotten home (big sad), and I was bummed. Then I saw Papifeed had messaged me inquiring about the refund (Amazon issued one) and if I had any suggestions about making their products better (that alone impressed me). After explaining my situation, I was immediately given an email to contact regarding my ordeal. After a couple emails, Papifeed already has one shipping to my house. For one, what an incredible seller. For two, the product must be good if they didn’t want me missing out on it. Overall, though my package was stolen, Papifeed made my experience 10/10!I will update once the pet feeder arrives, with the real product review 🤩 (4/5 stars because I don’t have the actual product yet).

I received this on Sunday and decided to test it running on batteries only (energizer). It worked fine, but the batteries lasted from Sunday at 3:30pm until about Tuesday morning at 3:51am (based on the phone notification telling me it was offline). So only use batteries as a failsafe backup (and clearly, buy rechargeable).This was easy to setup and set up a feeding schedule after doing some manual feeds to gauge what amount of food it considers a portion.They could improve on the phone app by allowing the owner to change the little picture in the app to a different animal (a dog is all that is there with no ability to change), and they should consider sending a charger and power cable that matches the feeder; I ordered a black feeder and received a bright white charger and power cable.Putting this feedback here now, and we'll see how it continues over time
