The mixer does the job. It is sufficiently powerful to do all of the jobs it was made to do. Blender is very competent. Mixer is strong and large enough. Meat grinder is rather amazing: we had a dedicated electric grinder, heavy and powerful, but the grinder on this machine does a better job. Very pleased.Oh, BTW, this review is titled "Best Customer Service" because the seller's customer service is second-to-none. There is good customer service and then there is customer service that demonstrates customer service is a matter of pride with the seller. This seller ("Lil Partner") embodies the latter. Very responsive to the issue we had with a grinder part and bent over backwards to make it right. Can't imagine better!

Honestly this is a Very Nice Counter Top Stand Mixer and Probably the Best Choice for Most Homes these days.. It has some really cool features Kitchen Aide Basic Counter Top Stand Mixer doesn’t but honestly could use. So I’m going to start with those first. Excellent Space Design.. It fits well in a small space and even the height is considered.. the bowl is squat but this makes it easier for you to scrape the bottom of the bowl when adding some ingredients.. love the fact that the squat bowl design along with the different attachments actually seem to need less help when incorporating ingredients.. something all of us that have used a Kitchen Aide understand.. Really appreciate the bowl cover.. huge kudos for that.. My Number One Delight with this Counter Top Stand Mixer is the weight.. It won’t break your back lifting it..Quick comments.. very smart auto shut down to prevent motor burn out.. very easy to use.. easy to clean.. easy to store and easy to suction to your counter and basic things great suction..Okay so now on to those who want to make breads, or thicker heavy ingredient items Or Slime Not Going To Happen in this Mixer.. This Mixer has 1200W which is plenty powerful for a normal cake, pie.. If you have someone trying to make a thick or heavy item or slime it will actually shut itself off because the motor can’t handle it.. The reason I Am giving it 5 stars is because it Did shut itself off and it Didn’t burn up the motor.. So if you want a mixer for thicker or stiffer ingredients this is not going to cut it.. So hey there No making Slime in This.. 1200W is definitely decent power in a bigger, heavier housing than this Countertop Stand Mixer.. key word being bigger and heavier..Personally I think it’s going to be my first choice between my Kitchen Aide Basic Countertop Stand Mixer..

It looks like it would be a good device. The lock handle arrived broken. I need to contact the seller and get a replacement. I will update once I try it out. But I do love that the blender is made of a nice thick glass. I have high hopes for it.

This thing when it did work was great. Everything I could ask for. Here it is 6 months later, and it stopped working. Inside was a card for 1 year warranty to send them an email. It stated they’d reply with 24-48 hours. We are going on 2 weeks now with 2 emails sent. Still no reply. To be honest I’d take another one if they’d just respond. Now I’m not happy, and I can’t find a number to contact them.

Love the simple set up. Not too noisy as heard from other posts. Small enough yet seems powerful as already turned it on. The blue light is nice by the dial. Put all the pieces together and it was simple. Never had a mixer with a cover but only have had 2 stand mixers and the old fashioned hand held mixer. Updating some of the kitchen items too compensate for the future as figure made from scratch is going to be a needed basic skill plus will be able to make healthy foods and save money too. Worth the investment. Looked at a couple other mixers and decided this will be best for me. Sounds like the other big brands are changing their pieces and not for the better. None of the pieces seemed broke or scratched. The cover does seem a bit dull colored but I'm totally fine with that. Would totally recommend to others.
