Just like original, fits just right and works fine. Just remember, the problem may not be your switch, if your blower will only run on high speed then it's probably your blower motor resistor.

I’ve had pretty good luck with standard Products. This one seems a little lower quality. Functionally it’s fine. But it takes a lot of force and is very rough between fan speed positions, but ultimately it did fix my problem. I replaced my resistor pack first which only sold the problem for a moment. The old switch and factory plug to it had obvious overheating indications. I managed to save the plug in the new switch works fine just rough

Mounts in my 78 ford f-100, different pin placement though, doesn't fit original pigtail. Will have to make my own. They never seem to show pin placement, now I know why.
