I purchased this to replace the original one that came in my 1983 Chevy Elcamino, prefect fit, work great and now I have a heater again for the cold winter nights cruising around.

-Go into this with a test light-No anything to my 1983 C10 HVAC.Fuse good. Blower ran with direct power applied. No power to purple (my year) line to blower. Pulled control head. Power into this switch (verified with light) No power out on any branch of circuit. Relatively simple switch.. probably could have repaired but for the price vs my time- No question. Installed and heater fired right on!

So ac broke on a Tuesday night in 90 degree weather on way home from work. Got home and diag'd issue. Found part # needed, on Amazon and ordered by 10pm. So, shipping and shows nest day by 8pm. drive to and from work is miserable the next day. No ac on a rainy Florida day is hot, humid and dangerous w/o a defroster. Part arrived at 6pm so early is great, car fixed by 10pm and rains forecast for tomorrow. So, couldn't be more please with a purchase, service and product. Another win for a Amazon customer. Thank you.
