Unlike one of the other viewers, the one I received was STM and was new out of the box. It did exactly what is was supposed to do and stopped having the issues we were experiencing with Jeep deciding not to start at times. It is an okay price.

The ad copy says "Standard Motor Products", then under 'BRAND' it says: KONLKAN. It can't be both. 'Standard Motor Products' or 'SMP' is not indicated on the relay anywhere.What I received was not as advertised, and, even worse, it was used...a lot. Look at the pictures. Even the metal contacts had burn marks on them from prior use. I never installed this relay once I saw the crummy shape it was in. Horrible.

The relay works, but the wipers don't run on high speed, only low and medium.
