Like the headline says, I received a plastic sensor instead of a metal one pictured. Does it matter? Probably not as most replacement dpfe sensors are plastic these days. Might actually be better as condensation doesn't form as easily as on metal. Water is a killer for these.

This product is not what is shown in the picture. It is not metal, and does not have the same connector as shown. Do not buy.

Made my check engine light come on. Put my old one back on, no light. Installed new from AutoZone, no light and no EGR code.

Very happy I purchased this part from Amazon. Exactly what I needed to resolve the constant check engine light issue. Repair shop estimated repair to be over $1000 and it wasn't the part I purchased. They would have easily ripped me off.
