Easy to install including programming for the Jeep (required to bypass security). Only issue isnonce it is on its not like the factory, you can shift and drive it because of the security bypass, it does not cut out when shifting out of park before pressing start button. It does cut out after 10 minutes if you don't drive it, but the risk of it driving off is possible. Good system at a fraction of the factory price and anyone can install this, plug and play.

It just works. The installation was fairly easy. I've got an Australian spec one, so everything is mirrored from the instructions, but apart from that, it was simple to install and program.Very satisfied but I've only been using it for 2 days.

remote start works perfect , easy install and only issue I had was my lap top timed out on downloadsoftware , called tech support after I had tried a few times , they were very helpful , even stayed on the phone while I started the vehicle for a few off/on cycles to make sure was working correctly .I have hadthis installed now for a few months works flawlessly , the distance range is great as well . works like a factory unit . And talk about dealer 750.plus programing . this is looking like a bargain.. very DIY , highlyrecommend ..

Why sell a product that I have to have a windows or Mac computer to update before it works ?? Install took 10minutes going to have to buy a laptop just to program dumb device. No one uses computers anymore and if they do they are usually company devices protected by an entire IT staff with cyber security that prevents from installing foreign USBs and downloading weird software to update !!!How about make it work out of the box !!!

Install was pretty easy, though taking off the center panel under the radio was sketchy (It took alot more force than expected) the rest of the install went pretty easily. I did not get an instruction booklet with my kit, however there were quite a few videos available on youtube where people showed you multiple ways to run the wires and program the unit.Now, I had to take one star off of the product simply because the software is WAAAYYY outdated. The USB Dongle included for the flashing of the unit would not be detected by the software on my computer from 2019 (usb 3.0 and 2.0), however I did get it to work on an old laptop that I had laying around. Also, they are not kidding that it has to be done 100% from Internet explorer. As an IT person, that absolutely astonishes me that this is the solution for a product being manufactured today.Anywho, the unit works as expected once installed and would overall recommend this mod for anyone considering it.
