These worked out great.First off- the layout wasn’t hard at all. If hanging on the wall, get someone to hold the box in place and slip two of these cleats on the bottom end “feet†then trace with a thin pencil (trace the section you can reach). Then move the box and you have a position for attaching the first two cleats. From there you need to measure distances from feet to feet and lay that out on the surface. *distance from rear feet to front most feet is 8â€.Measure and layout. Repeat as needed. For horizontal mounting, use one of these placed backwards to act as the clasp. They will then lock in place. See pics. I highly recommend.

Overly simple design and overpriced plastic hooks w/o locking notches. The standard milwaukee packout feet dont even go all the way into these cleats. Plus as mentioned by another reviewer, each cleat's stated holding weight is only 1kg (6kg in total).i think Milwaukee went too far with its packout system - insane prices & absolute minimum attachments. Lowes has several solid toolboxes reasonably priced from less known companies. Yes, they come w/ bunch of attachments included (eg. dividers and even w/ conveniently located pockets for small tools)..

They may be made in Britain, maybe they’re not, but they are garbage either way. Cheap plastic. Mounted a 3 drawer pack out on eight of these and it didn’t last 10 miles down the road in the van. Just the vibration of the road shattered them to bits. Sorry guys.
