Bought this to try out on my bathroom floor grout. Worked beautifully!! It steamed the grout and with little effort with one of the brush attachments the grout was clean. I then took it to the inside of my oven Glassdoor and holy cow did it come clean, again with little scrubbing. I love this thing!! You can use it on almost anything, and it comes clean. I have incorporated it into my weekly house cleaning.

I highly recommend buying this product! I would give it six stars if possible. It does a wonderful job and I can't believe how affordable it is. I am using it to clean everything in my house and it's so easy!

I didn't like the fact it doesn't have a on/off button and the steam only last less than 8 minutes but other than that the product was good cleaned my floor tiles amazing

It takes forever to heat up. When it finally is heated, the boiling water spits out all over your hands. It doesn't actually make any steam It just shoots water out like a water gun. I've tried all the attachments and it's all the same. I have been moving and I missed my return window. I'm so disappointed!!!! I only bought this because my other steamer is had for years, broke. Now, I have to buy another one and just eat the cost of this one as it belongs In the garbage.

Used to thaw out samsung ice maker when unable to remove ice bin. Stuck the extension hose up where ice comes out. Ice maker now works. Also used to clean glass top stove. Removed residue that i have been working on for months. Length of power cord is a plus.Great value. Works

I purchased this product on 2/7/13. Performance was satisfactory until recently. After 1.5 years of light household use the steam output on my Steamfast Steam Cleaner became weak/intermittent even after several attempts at removing mineral buildup with vinegar as recommended in owner's manual. Also, I loaded the unit halfway to full with steam distilled water whenever I used it (to minimize mineral buildup). However, the performance continued to deteriorate and I am no longer able to use it. My estimated usage was approximately 1-2 times per month for about a 1/2 hour of cleaning each time. At most, my total use over that time period would be 18 hours or 2 full 8-10 hour days of use.When I contacted Steamfast/Vornado customer service and informed them that it was no longer under warranty, they informed me that they would not be able to repair or replace the unit and instead offered me a discount towards the purchase of a new unit. However, this discounted price was more than what I could get it for from Amazon.Prior to the break down, I was a satisfied with the price/performance of this unit. I was hoping for or expecting that Steamfast would stand by their product in some fashion and work with me in some way after this product broke down after only a year and a half of use. Since they did not, I will be throwing it away and shopping for another make/model of handheld steam cleaner due to this products lack of durability and proper customer support. I am so dissatisfied that I will never purchase another Steamfast/Vornado product again.

I bought this to use to clean out my pets' food and water bowls. I didn't like the idea of using soap (would that taste remain?) and I wanted something that would disinfect the bowls. My animals all use stainless steel bowls. Well, at first it really scared the cats. It sounded like a really angry hiss. They are used to it now and I not only use it to clean their bowls, but also to clean my kitchen sink and countertops. Yes, it does produce water (it is called STEAM!) but it does a great job in cleaning and is very portable. I used it also to clean the tiles in my bathroom and ended up cleaning the shower doors. There was always a problem with hard water stains and I was very reluctant to use chemicals that advice you to use gloves.The steamer did the trick. I applied steam to the doors, used a squeegee and lo and behold, my doors are free of those annoying stains. The steam lasts about 10 minutes, but I didn't buy this little guy to clean everything. I might get a bigger steamer for that, but I would definitely recommend this steamer for anyone who has lots of small jobs. It is also a great way to clean and sanitize pet food bowls.

I bought this steamer hoping I could use it in the house showers; well I haven’t done that yetToday, however I used the steamer to clean our patio cushions before putting them away for the winter. And OMG am I impressed. Stains gone! Dirt gone! The one attachment cleaned up loose leaf debris.I can’t wait to steam the next thing

me gustó mucho, la calidad excelente el cable es bastante largo, instrucciones claras y con una porcion de agua puedes limpiar bastante, solo tener cuidado al abrir ya que el vapor puede salir, por otro lado recomiendo secar todo lo que se limpie ya que el dejarlo humedo producira hongo.

Mi primera impresión al desempacar el producto es que el cuerpo del vaporizador esta bien construido, con materiales de buena calidad, pero los accesorios se perciben de calidad inferior con plásticos mal terminados e imperfecciones en los bordes. Ya en uso se aprecia que genera vapor en forma rápida pero intermitente, es decir, después de unos cuantos disparos de vapor debes esperar a que obtenga una nueva cantidad suficiente para continuar la labor, por lo que puede resultar un poco tedioso. El vapor es buena ayuda en las labores de limpieza, pero de ninguna manera sustituye el uso de agentes limpiadores y cepillos.
