Great product but the holes for the stopper are too small and needed to be drilled a bit bigger but definitely a good product

Great product. Less money than other models. Package came missing bolts and nuts though. Had to go to hardware store to buy the missing parts. Locking pins are also not the right size for the holes. Won't lock and pins will come out on their own. I got a bigger size pin and works fine.Need to have better quality control before shipping out product.

I love the end result. The platform is approximately 16"x32" which is excellent. But box wasn't damaged, But one end bar was and I was able to repair it. Also the hardware doesn't include 5/16 lockwashers so you will need a quantity of eight also the quick release pins do not have a location to connect the chains and I didn't want to drill holes so I looped them over the platform and reattached to themselves.

The step is nicely made. The pins for adjusting height are too loose and tend to fall out. The major problem I have is that when working on my trucks, I lean into the engine compartment, causing the vertical angle pressure on the platform to change. This causes the step to move away from the side of the vehicle. When not quick enough, I end up falling off the platform and down the side of the truck. If I had noticed the design problem when I first got the step, it would have been sent back. Too much money for something with this big of a design problem.

This product was very poorly fabricated! missing hardware, defective hardware. parts did not align well and needed a"BFH" and alignment tools. holes were missing for the lock pin chains. Once assembled does not move and adjust easily as shown on the manufacturers website! Steck tools apparently does not care about the quality of their products. They need to have this item manufactured for them elsewhere!
