This Calf raise bar is sturdy and well built, with nice rubber grips on the bottom to minimize slipping. Also has textured surface for your shoes to grip. Will be able to handle heavy weight load. Glad I bought it!

Do not buy. Grip tape ripped off mid lift and I slipped because of it. If it wasn’t for my squat rack my barbell would have fell on me

Can’t balance on it without weight. Returned it right away. Imagine with weight. Only like 2 inches deep and very light
