I’ve been using this for a little over a month now. I started out at 252lbs and it handles my right just fine. I have a joint disorder so I have to do low impact exercises and this is perfect since regular squats are rough on my hyper-mobile joints.It’s sturdy but you do have to tighten the adjusting knob on the handles after heavy use, but once you tighten it, it’s fine for weeks.I use my machine 10-30 mins per day. It’s a great work out for your back, legs, glutes, and even your arms a bit. It’s quieter than I expected it to be.It was easy to assemble by one adult male. I love that it folds up. It fits in my closet and under bed easily.Definitely recommend as a home machine for someone who is just starting exercise!

Very easy to put together. This machine is very sturdy when in use and easy to fold to store away. Great exercise machine for the price I paid.

This is a total body workout. No need for any other piece of equipment. Connect the resistance bands and you will definitely feel the burn and start to feel and see the results. I’ve already put in over 1,617 squats in less than a week.

It's very easy to use. Assembly was semi easy to put together, but worth the money. You can feel your muscles working.

This compact machine is the best workout for all your muscles. I've already lost 5 pounds & had fun doing it! I highly recommend this for small spaces

Pretty simple to put together, I've been using it now, I'm pretty active I have no butt and some reason it's not doing anything on that area. My arms yeah it's great the front of my thighs yeah other than that nothing, I need to get in touch with the company cuz it's just not working for me it's a great machine let me tell you it's excellent I'll be back in touch 🤸
