Coupling Disc Steering Shaft for Type 1
Steering coupler replacement for Volkswagen stock setups. Replace your old worn out coupler with a new high quality rubber one. These get worn out over time and give a loose steering feel. Replace these as soon as you notice a problem to prevent a steering disaster.

The rubber is too soft and would twist when you turn the steering wheel. This made it seem like there was a lot of play on the wheel. Additionally, the twisting cause contact with the metal components between the steering column and the gear box. This completes the circuit for the horn and causes the horn to sound. The metal inserts were also not a good fit and would fall out. All in all this steering coupling does not function as it should.
