I was worried about the plastic construction being weak and flimsy but it is very strong when attached to a 4 x 4 post with an anchor. Hint, use a heavy sledgehammer and a sacrificial post with a steel cover to save the post when driving in the anchor. Goes together nicely and looks good.

The top portion where it connects to the bottom was cut in an angle. I had to recut to straighten it out, resulting in approximately half inch exposure of the bottom portion’s connector. Looked at an assembly video and it looks like it’s just designed that way.
