I use this at work. I am in an office where I cant leave and take a break, so I use the stepper when I get too anxious of being in there. It has helped me with my stress and anxiety.

This is a nice easy to use stepper to add a little more movement to your daily routine. Works easily adn adjusts well. Love to have it close by for workouts at my desk OR even while watching television. Can be used with or without the hand holds, too. Keeps good track and good count as long as you ensure you take a full step with each foot.
