Because of this stupid sound card, I had to call a computer repairman. He is returning to install Linux on my computer and m]he might have to re-install Windows. For all I know, I need a new computer.

Installed in desktop, loaded included driver and tried everything for my desktop to find it in device manager.Searched the web for answers and/or proper drivers, but to no avail.Note: tried to install in a Windows 11 desktop.
