This audio processor literally restores the bass frequencies your factory stereo (and your MP3 tracks) surreptitiously remove without your knowledge. MP3 compression itself is terrible for bass, and your factory stereo is programmed to roll back the bass in order to prevent you from blowing your factory speakers. So when you hook up an amp, all the bass frequencies that were simply missing before can be replaced.This is a fantastic device that you may not realize you even need. If you're upgrading your car stereo and you just aren't getting the bass you think you should, you potentially need 2 pieces of equipment. The first thing you need is a PROPER line-out converter (like the Audio Control LC2i) which will itself help restore some bass that's rolled off by the head unit. And the second piece of equipment you need is this bass restoration device, which will find the frequencies the line-out converter simply isn't capable of finding.Highly recommended. I'm adding this to my car audio system between my LC2i converter and my Kicker KXA1600.1 amp. No more anemic bass and missing frequencies. 5 stars.

This seriously improved my audio setup. The Bass Booster Enhancer and Bass Maximizer functions gave my music a much deeper, punchier sound. The included 16ft wired remote bass knob made it super easy to adjust the bass levels on the fly, which was great for fine-tuning in different environments. The high & low input options and 2 RCA outputs let me connect it to multiple devices seamlessly. Plus, the Free Mexico Edition Sticker added a fun personal touch.

I have always said that if I can't feel my music, then I can't feel my music. Any audiophile will know what I mean. I have always felt like my bass was lacking from my sub in my Mustang. This gives me my bass back.

It's very nice and affordable sleek build. Easy to install and really makes that bass sound so much better. Even comes with a bass knob i installed under my dash for Easy control.
