This was a beautiful and incredibly high quality knocker! I loved the look of it and it was easy to install. However, the blunt-end screw that came along with the piece that the knocker was supposed to hit, didn’t fit. It was 1. way shorter than the width of my door, & 2. smaller than the piece itself. It wasn’t able to screw into the knocking piece at all. This was easy to fix, as I was able to run to my local hardware store and purchase a bigger size screw. But be wary of the parts you receive.

This was a striking addition to my door. I was pleasantly surprised by the size and weight of the knocker. This is a surface mount, meaning two screws go in the side of the lions face. This works well if you have a solid wood door, but be cautious on doors that are more hollow due to the weight. I think I was shipped someone’s return, because there were two mismatched screws in the bottom of the box, so I just used my own and it didn’t deter me. The gold is very bright as you can see. I was looking for a black knocker on another door, and I liked the quality for price so much on this one, that I bought gold and just hit it with black rustoleum to change the color.I would say if you want a large statement door knocker, you can’t beat the value for the price on this one.

This gold brass lion is just what I wanted. Very sturdy and nice detail. As previously stated in other emails it does not come with hardware which seems like could be an easy fix for the supplier, but in any case my husband had two gold screws already so we were okay with installing. I love it!

The quality exceeded my expectations. Easy to install, and came with all necessary hardware including brass screws. Hard to believe that this only cost 50 bucks. Would definitely recommend this product and Company.

Very nice product, but seller did not provide any screws to fix the button below the ring which allows you to bang the ring, I have used gray color duct sealant to fix it.
