This is quality borosilicate glass. Very Thick and Sturdy. Was somewhat surprised at how well made this thing is. Well worth the price and then some. Will update after use but the disk looks to be of excellent quality.

I use this to filter a homemade skin mixture that has ground-up ingredients that don't all dissolve. Paper filters are too slow and metal mesh strainers do not remove enough of the undissolved particles. My mixture filtered through this filter works in my fine spray bottles and does not clog the spray mechanism.

The size and filtering ability of this funnel is perfect for producing 8 cups of cold brew coffee. I like the way it works with a paper filter to avoid getting grounds stuck in the frit, but it is flawless in performance.

I thought this was just a regular old glass funnel as the last one I purchased fell and broke. Definitely not what I expected. This is more for a chemist.
