STREBITO Anti Static Wrist Strap
Built-in 1 MΩ resistor, which protects your electronic components from accidental electrostatic discharge (ESD) damage during repairs.

Correct Way to Use
- Clean your hands and keep them dry, Wear the anti-static wrist strap on your wrist, and keep the metal piece inside the anti-static wrist strap in close contact with your skin.
- Attach the metal clip to one of the grounding nodes on an Anti-Static Mat or a grounded metal surface. You're now ready to repair.
How To Test
- The purpose of the 1 MΩ is for safety: to limit the amount of current that could be transferred through the body.
- Because of the resister, this bracelet will not sound when testing for continuity on most meters and will need to be tested in a different way, such as by measuring overall resistance.
- Use an ohmmeter or multimeter to check if there is resistance, you should see some measurable resistance (indicating good conductivity) if the strap is functioning correctly.

In the previous review I gave it 1 star. The reason for this is because, when I ordered the PC toolkit, I was under the impression that the static strap would be inside the box, but it wasn't. I didn't know that it was shipped separately. When I was asked to write a review on an item that I didn't have, I gave it a negative review. The static strap came the day after I wrote the 1st review. So now I want to make this right.I'm upgrading my Grandson's PC for Windows 11. I used the static strap the day I got it, as far as I know, it worked good no sparks flew. I recommend this product. :)

Was skeptical this would actually work but it does. I have 3 monitors for work and often use my walking pad while I am working. The static electricity from my walking kept causing my monitors to flicker...until I got this. Slightly annoying having to be grounded to something and wear a bracelet but it's not that bad and not as annoying as my monitors going out on me. Effective product and you can't beat the price
