I love how small and compact it is, perfect for my keychain without making it too obvious I have it. The feel of the taser is really comfortable and easy to hold which is nice. I do admit the taser noise do be scaring me sometimes since it's loud when I test it out but that's good, should scare any attackers lol; But the build quality is pretty good and it's perfect for anyone looking for a small taser to take out. Would recommend 👌ðŸ½

It is small and lightweight. It came charged but I topped of the charge to make sure. It says it is okay to give it a one second test. Holy Crap!! I hope I never have to use it, but it does look like it will give one heck of a "surprise" to any would be bad guy.

This small stun gun works fine and holds a charge well when not ‘zapping’ anything. I found that the touch sensors on the top of the stun gun will work with your gloves on as long as they are not too thick. Ski/Snow gloves no…but with normal gloves it will still activate the gun. It has charge level indicator LEDs on the side of the unit which is a nice feature. My only criticism of this unit is that the flashlight comes on when you touch-activate the stun gun, but turns off in about 20 seconds. The flashlight is only one small white LED that is not all that bright and can only be used to signal with or find something in a purse or car. This flashlight can’t be used for walking at night without repeatedly reactivating every few seconds. It’s easy to charge with the micro-usb cable. This unit is good to carry in your pocket or purse, but I’d recommend a larger stun gun with a brighter flashlight that can be turned on continuously if you plan to use it while jogging or walking when a light is needed.

I like that the safety is just a finger connecting two contacts. (we are conductive after all). It is so fast to enable it, and if you want to use a taser you are likely in a hurry. Ours are for off leash aggressive dogs - the noise is usually enough to dissuade them. Also you can see the charge level just by putting a finger across these same contactors - so easy. Our old device had no charge indicator, and the safety and trigger looked the same, so i was never comfortable with that competing product.

Worked great at first. I mostly just used it for the light, only used the stun feature 2 or 3 times. Then one day it just didn't work anymore. One day, the battery indicator light was working, and appeared to be fully charged, but would randomly flash every few minutes. That's when I tried to use it, and it did nothing. Tried charging it and it still won't work. Now, even the battery indicator light has quit. Trying to contact customer service was a joke. No one answers the phone, the link to the website doesn't work and there is no option for a refund. I tried the return option, but that just takes you to the troubleshooting info, which also didn't work. I really want my money back, but it's obvious that this company isn't going to do that so I'll just take this loss, and NEVER order from them again. I can get over a defective product, but bad customer service is something I will not tolerate. So I'll never buy from this brand again, and I will be spreading the word.

This is my 5th one as I’ve purchased several as gifts for female family members and friends. They’re easy to charge and the display is easy to read. So far none of us has had to discharge it but there are videos in the reviews that show its effectiveness. I will say that the sound it makes when you discharge it is loud and startling enough to show you mean business and that has been an effective deterrent on one occasion

I use it on my walks and it’s small enough to fit my hand and look like an ordinary car fob but with enough power ;)
