I was afraid this was very stretchy but it’s not. It’s a good, really strong strap, with very little stretch (if at all) of the sort I’ve been using in a professional PT place for things like leg stretches. It has several loops placed up and down its length, and at both ends, so it’s perfect for things like grabbing pulling, looping over your feet, whatever exercise you’re used to doing. Would be long or short enough, I imagine, for any person of any height, just depends on which loops you grab.

I had total knee replacement surgery and need to stretch every day. This strap is excellent and is the same style as my PT group uses.

Multiple loops make this adaptable to specific needs, but because I'm tall, it would be most useful to just have loops at the 2 ends.
