LOVED LOVED LOVED this product on our most recent cruise. Once we got past the embarkation people (make sure to bring your instructions booklet to show them) it was great!! We packed the Subnado and all its parts into a carryon child-size backpack. It includes a USB-C to USB-C cable (no power source). I would suggest using (bringing) a laptop power supply. It took us 30min-45min to deplete the battery and 15hrs to recharge them with ships power. With 100W charger it would take 2hrs to charge. Luckily, we didn't do any excursions at the 2nd port, so they were ready at our 3rd port to go again!!! I would suggest pairing with a "full face" snorkel mask.*****SAFETY ALERT-If you have long hair or dangling straps...tie them up. They CAN get caught around the spinning engine and be a potential hazard*****

Has anyone experienced the battery charging issue? I replaced a dual-motor unit twice only to have the same issue: it works well once, then the battery doesn't charge, not even slightly. It's useless if it can't charge. I'm going around in circles on their website looking for a firmware update.

If you end up buying to Waydoo Subnados. Do yourself a favor and get the extension bracket. Or even better by the two pack that comes with the connector bracket and it'll make them even less expensive. As far as the quality of the handle it's amazing, it's a nice thick heavy metal that fits in your hand comfortably. It doesn't weigh too much it doesn't feel too bulky and it definitely lets you had a lot more power and value for your money in your ride. You also get a lot more speed and sharp fun turns and you'll get the top performance if using two devices instead of just a single.

While we’ve enjoyed the pull of the Subnados, but when the trigger no longer works out on a long snorkel, and it will, it sucks. Twice now!!We will follow up with another review to report on the customer service side of Waydoo.Update: Waydoo did send us a replacement handle under warranty after sending in pictures of the broken trigger and proof of purchase. Good customer service!

After purchasing this product, we took it to Mexico with this commonly, we had a great time. Everybody enjoyed it. It was definitely a lot more powerful than I thought it would be I was a little concerned about its small size versus ability to tell a large person through the water period the double handle is definitely the way to go for an adult, for smaller kids the single. Works extremely well period we had plenty of time and we're able to use it throughout the day

It's really fast with the dual motors together. It's like you're Aquaman. I noticed that some companies sell a wireless version which would be nice or the ability to add additional batteries, but wireless could be less reliable potentially. Anyway, this is great fun in the pool or in the ocean. You can follow fish and turtles along easily. Having two of them allows you to have a friend join. I also used it to power my paddle board up a river and it worked great. Take swimming goggles or a snorkel mask and snorkel. Recharges in about an hour with a 100w usbc charger.
