So while I like and still use it much smaller then expected it said sugar glider toys/ ferret but both a animals would be to Big

I thought this was a great price for the product, however once delivered I see why. All pieces except the 'tree branch' is beyond small, no animal; sugar glider, ferret, chinchilla or other small animals except a small mouse can use 4 out of 5 of the pieces. I have newborn chinchillas (they are only a week old) and even with how small they are, they are too big to even sit in any of the pieces (except the branch like piece which their mother jumped on as they are too small to balance on it), even the tunnel is beyond small and came so flat that I still can't get it into normal shape so it can be used as a tunnel without having to support it. The only animals/rodents that any of these pieces would work for are small mice. I really thought I was getting a deal, but it appears I got inches of cloth instead. I honestly would have been better off ripping a piece of material into pieces and attaching hooks, that's how small and low quality this item package is. I also want to add I honestly am not the type to spend time on reviews unless I am very pleased with an item, I'd normally just return the item I'm unhappy with, but I am trying to make others aware, so they don't even have to spend the time on the process of doing a return of the item after purchasing as I know they will want to. Honestly, I'm so disappointed with the advertisement and pictures via the item description VS what I received that I will never even buy from this seller again.

I have climbers...but they mostly climb on the cage. They love the tunnel though. And the rest add to their cage for their days in there while we are working. They hide under the hammocks but haven't really used them for much.

Broke on the first day. Rats weren’t chewing on it, just broke from the seam. Not super impressed. Very soft though but that is about it.
