This is the one of the best cooktops I have ever used! It came in great packaging and perfect condition. Works great and the first thing I used it to was cook cream of wheat. Very good product and will make your kitchen look fancy. Awesome customer service as well. I even received a phone call from a representative named Alex insuring I was satisfied with the product and I let him know that I was. I highly recommend this to anyone!

I have looked for a 4 coil burner cooktop to replace my awful, glass stove top. I saw the mixed reviews and decided it was worth the try. I'm glad I did. This cooktop exceeded my expectations. Is a well made design and sturdier than people said it was. The install went with no issues. I'll let you know more after I use it a few more times.

We had a GE 30-inch cooktop. The parts were no longer available. This cooktop almost fell through the opening. We had to shim the opening to make this useable. The lower temperature settings are fine, but it slow to boil water on highest setting. I will most likely replace this with a gas cooktop at some point.

This is the third cooktop I have replaced in the last few years. I wish this one was available then!Love the construction and the mounting brackets to hold it in place. There are 4 with actual screw mounts in the stove bottom. All other I have used only had 2!!I really like the raised controls, prevents dirt, crumbs, and water from getting to the controls.My other stove tops had recessed controls and always caused problems.Heats up fast.2 negatives - wish they better instructions to show where the mounting brackets get screwed into the stove bottom and hard to read settings on the control knobs.I can live with those since this is the best stove top I have had in recent years.Highly recommend it.

This product measurements are incorrect. When I received it and got ready to install I realized it did not fit. It is smaller than advertised. Returned it within 2 weeks of purchase and still fighting to get a refund. Was declined for refund bur no explanation of why. The box was open plastic wrapping taking off for installing. Never used it and packaged back in same box and Return it. They received it so now I am out of money and stovetop. Submitted an appeal but nothing yet.Please stay away from this item and seller. Horrible experience with this purchase.
