These 150 watt metal halide bulbs have a bright 14000 lumen output. They are medium base (E26), ED17 bulbs with an average life span of 15, 000 hours. Use in street lights, parking lot fixtures, perimeter lighting, and other commercial and industrial lighting applications. ANSI Code M102. Confirm ANSI Code to help determine the correct bulb for your fixture and the ballast it uses. Bulb measurements are 2. 19 inches in diameter, 5. 41 inches tall.

I do not recommend this product anymore. At first, I liked that it worked, and it was cheaper than buying it at a retail store. I think this does not necessarily deserve a 1-star rating. However, the positive ratings more than offset this rating, and the positive ratings are misleading.By no means does this come close to its 15,000 hour rating. I bought this about 480 days ago, and did not use it 24-hours a day. But if I did, that would amount to about 11,500 hours, which is when it went out. So on a 12-hour a day usage, I got about 5,700 hours. I had 5 150-watt floodlights and happened to put this one in one of them. After about 480 days, all 4 other brand bulbs are going ok. This Sunlite brand is the only one that went.Depending on how difficult it is for you to change metal halide bulbs, it will not be worth the lower up-front cost to change the bulbs more frequently. I wouldn't have written this if only one or two bulbs out of many long-lasting ones went out early, or if Sunlite did not rate its hours so high, but Sunlite metal halide bulbs have shown a pattern of not lasting anywhere near its rated hours in my experience.

Pay attention to how the glass bulges at the bottom. It would not screw into my metal halide fixture which is from a big name company. I could never test the bulb for function since it didn't fit. Others are thinner base bulbs available so check the bulb you take out. Wish I knew this before.
