So, I bought this fan because my office room does not have good air circulation, and I have a foot fan that is loud during meetings. The installation of the new fan was easy, until by mistake, I dropped the whole fan and busted the light cover. I was frustrated and mad, wanted just to get another one, and I did not wanted to deal with the vendor CS.This is when a good customer service step in and saved the day!!!. I Contacted Sunmory-US via email anyway, and Kylin was great. I told her the true and asked her if she can send me another cover. Kylin was polite and responsive and without hesitation told me that will send me another cover at not charge. The delivery was quick and in 2 days I had the new cover on the fan.I am really happy with my purchase.The fan is quite, and does not gets annoying like my previous foot fan (specially during meetings)Also, the convenience of the remote control helps me regulate the air circulation and the different temperature for the led lights, adjust for daylight or nighttime.Thank you once again good products, and great customer service.

I paid $59 for this and it was so worth it. I’ve never assembled or installed my own ceiling fan but this was super easy. It worked great at first however after a week, the remote stopped controlling the fan. The light was on, the fan wouldn’t spin, and the remote wouldn’t control anything, not even the light even though the red lights would light up on the remote when you pressed the buttons.I got up on a chair, took the vanity cover off the ceiling fan, unplugged the three wiring harnesses that plug into the remote receiver inside of the ceiling fan. I took the batteries out of the remote. Waited a few seconds, then plugged the wires back into the receiver, stuck the batteries back into the remote, and turned the light switch on the wall on. That seemed to reset it. I tried this multiple times before it ended up working and realized I had to remove the remote batteries too, which finally helped reset it.This only lasted a week though before it stopped working again. Nothing I did managed to reset it. I emailed support@sunmory.com and spoke with a Tiffany. She suggested doing the reset procedure again and trying to hold down the power and f/r air direction button down at the same time. This did not work. I reported back to her that it was unsuccessful and she immediately had a new receiver and remote sent in the mail to me. It arrived in just a few days. Once I swapped out the receiver for a new one, everything worked perfectly and has been in working order ever since. Tiffany f/u w/ me multiple times to ensure I received the package and to ensure it actually worked.I’m very happy with the fan. My son’s room needed an upgrade and this fit the bill perfectly. And my god this thing really moves some air. Really impressive. Despite the issue I had with this one, I am going to order another for my living room. I am very satisfied with the customer service. I want to be clear that the exceptional customer service I received was not on behalf of Amazon, but provided directly by Sunmory. Amazon was not much help. They simply told me to return it but I didn’t have a box big enough to ship it in. Glad I reached out to Sunmory directly. It saved me a ton of hassle.

It’s a beautiful fan, and works wonderful.. a little tedious to put up, but pretty straight forward! The worst part was putting up the ceiling bracket, but my ceiling fixture isn’t in the best of shape. The wiring connections were a little small, so if you have big hands, it can be a bit annoying, but would definitely buy again, I got the matching set, and only put up one so far, love the remote options and that you can mount it to the wall so it doesn’t get lost. The led light is dimmable with the remote, I thought that was really cool, and the light can be very bright at full setting, the fan is quiet and doesn’t wobble at all.

Nice and bright. We like the adjustable light intensity and small size. There is a delay from switching on to having light, minor but important to know.

The ceiling fan and light is just what I wanted for a bedroom. It is compact, efficient, quiet, and easy to install. It was used daily for 6 months without any problems until it was hit with a toy and the bottom light cover was damaged. I reached out to the company hoping that I might buy a replacement for the broken part. They responded very quickly and were so gracious. They offered to send the part as a courtesy. They were under no obligation to do so, just a really helpful, wonderful company. I recommend the product and company without hesitation.
