We put this on our unheated front porch that's being redone. If you can screw in a light bulb you can install this, very easy! Lightweight,The fan has different speeds, can feel it, but too cold outside right now to use. Light is bright! Can switch to different color and brightness. Very satisfied with my purchase!

Instead of a traditional ceiling fan in my main bedroom, I installed a pendant light and have this socket fan inside a 16 inch lampshade. It brightens the room plenty and pushes more air than I expected without causing the light to sway. This bulb certainly meets my expectations and I highly recommend it.

Combination fan & light fixture, lightweight, attractive. It includes an extender and works in recessed fixtures but you might need a longer extension. It was 1" too short for our fixture. No problem for us, we had a couple of spare extenders (they come in a variety of sizes and some of them are adjustable), but might cause a delay for some buyers.It includes a remote but not the two AAA batteries. There are optional settings for the light and the fan. When I stood directly under it I could feel the air slightly better than the socket-fan it replaced.The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because the blades are exposed, which limits where you can install it. We have one socket-fan with enclosed blades, which is safer, which can also be used on a desk or table. Other than the blades being exposed (and slightly fragile), this seems like a good fan.

it really cools off the bathroom, l love it. I like the fact that the light as well as the fan have settings and it’s very affordable.

We just built our house in 2023-24, unaware the new recessed lightingFixtures have “built in†light bulbs. If the light goes out, we can’t change a bulb, the whole fixture has to be replaced. So there isn’t any way we can use this. I am so disappointed because it was exactly what I needed.
