The Pinpointer seems to work fine, no problems. But, someone in manufacturing sewed the belt attachment Velcro strap upside down. The open end of the strap is facing up instead of the loop end that is sewed in. And as Velcro gets weaker it won’t keep the pinpointer secure. Maybe it is already corrected by the company. Not a big deal.

I use a lot of reclaimed wood for projects and got this to ensure there is no metals pieces left in the wood before running them through my planer and ruining my blades. It works great and has saved me from having to replace blades when I thought I got everything out. It will also find the metal rebar in your garage floor while trying to scan boards so make sure not to lay them on your concrete floor.

I've had a pinpointed that is nice, but this one has more, and better function. I should have looked into this sooner

The build quality is pretty solid I've had to carry this along the beach dropping it a few times but it works fine. Easy to use once you get use to the controls the screen makes it easier. The adjustable length is nice for when my girlfriend wants to use it. I've also found a lot of cool items I woudlve just walked over at the beach. Nice as a hobby to do when you have time. Worth the money.

The product was well packagedBut its performance is really bad unfortunately1 Locating an object in the field is torture2 The depth of the excavation is really bad3 I found it much cheaper $65 on another site4 Disappointment for the value of the product

My grandkids love this paired with a large area detector. They can find coins and nails.

This tool is well built seems to be quite accurate. I also like the fact that you can change how it responds to detecting metals. Beep , vibrate, beep and vibrate. It’s also nice that the intensity changes as you get closer to a object.

Es un gran producto para empezar y lo resumo:1.- Necesitas un pinpointer, el detector grande te ayuda a dectectar dónde puede haber cosas pero el que te dice dónde cavar es este y su función la hace muy bien.2.- Los materiales me parecieron muy buenos (quizá no excelente) pero el producto se siente de buena calidad y se ve que aguanta bastante tiempo. Lo elegà sobre los más baratos y no me arrepiento.3.- La detención es muy buena, quizá serÃa bueno que trajera más tonos ya que solo te indica "cerca" (unos 10cm) y muy cerca (unos 5 Cms) sin embargo es bastante atinado cuando estás cavando. Me ayudó a encontrar varias cosas.4.- lo único que hice fue poner un pedazo de manguera plástica en la punta (no afecta la detección) esto para poder cuidarlo ya que como lo metes a la tierra después de un rato se ensucia y a veces se raya.5.- Lo meti al agua, no todo... Pero cuando menos hasta la mitad y funcionó excelente.Un buen producto.
